Central Mixer
You never need to worry about the productivity of LUTON Group’s mini batching plant. The key reason is the powerful concrete mixer we adopt.
For most of our plants, LUTON Group adopt twin-shaft concrete mixer. The compulsory horizontal-shaft design can get the ingredients mixed thoroughly and homogeneously when working.
The whole mixing process can be finished rapidly, within 1 minute the materials can be mixed into fresh concrete and discharged.

Aggregate Batcher
To ensure the steady quaity of concrete, the materials should be accurately proportioned.
The mini batching plant of LUTON Group adopt PLD series automatic aggregate batcher to process these inert granular materials.
From feeding, weighing to discharging, the whole process can be automatically controlled by computer.
The whole calculation is precisely supervised by digital screen. Thus you’ll never be troubled by the uneveness of your concrete.

Concrete Silos
For the mini batching plant, the concrete silo is still quite necessary since it can save the cement, powder or adhesives for longer use.
The silos are equipped with dust collectors for easier maintenance. It won’t take much labor cost to clean.
Independent design can store the materials separately. Once start to work, the screw conveyor will automatically transport them to the mixing tower.

Control Panels
