Central Mixer
Though the plant size is minimized, the concrete mixing speed ratio should not be reduced.
Our core solution is the twin-shaft central mixer we adopted. The compulsory type mixer can fastly and steadily finish the process of concrete mixing.

Aggregate Batcher

How to Maintain Your Small Portable Concrete Batch Plant?
1. Daily Check
Check your concrete plant routinely and regularly. Check the oil level, air tank, air cylinders, belt conveyors to make sure they are all in normal status. Then lubricate the screw conveyors.
2. Weekly Check
All the aggregate gates, bearings on the conveyors, feeder screws, or turn heads should be lubricated weekly. Then check the air filters to keep it clean. Inspect all the bolts and belt wipers.
3. Monthly Check
Check your aggregate bins and silos monthly. The filter vents, dust collector, light bars should be ensured to work normally. Replace the skirt-boards and conveyor seals monthly. Besides, remember to fasten your conveyor belt.
