Our customer Mr. Sutep Prinya decided to purchase an independent large-capacity concrete plant instead of several mini joint plants. Knowing his demand, LUTON Group has negotiated with Mr. Sutep Prinya to further affirm the details.
The HZS50 skip hopper plant was the most suitable solution according to our calculation. On the basis of our customer’s actual situation, we customized the size and adjusted some components.
This HZS50 plant was fitted with a JS1000 twin-shaft mixer, 3-bin PLD1600 aggregate batcher, 2 sets of 100-ton silos, and 1 set of 50-ton silos.
It could reach the capacity of 50m3/h at most. Hence this plant could produce a large quantity of fresh wet batch concrete in a very short time. The HZS50 could independently support the projects with this large capacity.
