1. PLD1600 Aggregate Batcher
With the high accuracy of batched materials, the PLD series aggregate batcher is one of the core elements to produce high-quality concrete.
For this HZS50 concrete plant installed in Pakistan, We adopt 4-bin design to separately process these inert granular materials.
The theoretical discharging capacity of this PLD1600 aggregate bins can reach 1,600L per batch. It is perfectly compatible with the production need of this HZS50 concrete plant.
Fully automatic system applied, this machine could spontaneously and independently execute every step. The whole procedure was under the regulation of computers to maximumly reduce the margin of weighing error.
2. JS1ooo Concrete Mixer
LUTON Group are always searching for better solutions to improve the working efficiency of our plant. The JS series twin-shaft mixer is one of our ideal machines.
This machine is composed of two vertical shafts installed inside the machine. There’ll be double vortex when this machine starts to work. The materials can get fully exchanged and revolved under the compulsory force of the vortex.
High wear-resistant alloy is adopted for the mixing blade, hence the abrasion to the blade won’t be too severe even in such a powerful mixing process.

3. 100 Ton Silos
This plant adopted 3 silos of 100-ton size. Every silo was all designed with large entrances to simplify the input and output of materials.
The silos of LUTON Group were designed with a self-erect system. Once reached the worksite, the hydraulic system would automatically lift up these silos without the help of a crane
Double-wall split technology can expand the lifespan of these silos. The silos can withstand severe weather condition to keep the inner materials in a good condition.
