Main Systems About This Concrete Batching Plant
1. Mixing System
The HZS90 installed in Uzbekistan was equipped with a JS2000 twin-shaft concrete mixer. The mixer can get all ingredients thoroughly and homogeneously stirred with high working efficiency. Within 50 seconds it can excellently finish the mixing task.
2. Conveying System
This concrete plant is featured in this special belt-type conveyor. This conveyor has a large capacity to transport the aggregates including sand, gravels, crushed stones, and other inert granular materials.
The belt can constantly work, thus it’s perfectly compatible with the continuous working mode of concrete production. It’s ideal for commercial and industrial use that requires a large capacity.
3. Weighing System
The materials will be independently and automatically weighed by the weighing system. The whole process is under the control of the computer, hence the accuracy will be highly and precisely ensured.
4. Storage System
This HZS90 concrete plant was equipped with 4 sets of 100-ton vertical silos and 1 set of 200-ton silos. The powder, cement, and adhesives are independently stored in these silos in large quantities.
The silos are designed with screw conveyors, these conveyors will automatically transport these materials to the mixing tower for stirring.
