Central Mixer
As the core component of the whole RMC plant, the central mixer is directly relative to the quality of your concrete.
LUTON Group adopts twin-shaft horizontal compulsory mixer for most RMC plants.
This type of mixer has stronger power and higher durability. It mix the ingredients thoroughly, at the same time, avoiding excessive abrasion of the machine.

Aggregate Bins
The first step of ready-mix concrete manufacturing is aggregate feeding.
The traditional type of feeding is a strenuous job. Every step needs several workers and a lot of time.
With our updated aggregate batcher, the whole process will go on automatically.

Concrete Silos

Control Room
The control room is the heart of the RMC plant. The automation of RMC plant is closely related to the control panel and system.

Different Types of RMC Plant
Dry Batch vs Wet Mix
Dry batch concrete plant is a traditional type of RMC plant. The dry batch means the whole manufacturing process in the plant is non-water.
Thus, this type of ready mix concrete plant does not need a central mixer to mix the ingredients. After weighing and batching, they will be discharged directly into the mixer truck, where the main mixing process will go on.
It is not as steady as the on-site plant since the power of mixer truck is limited, and there will be jounces during the transportation, this will all affect the quality of concrete.
But without a central mixer, the whole price of the dry batch rmc plant is greatly reduced, and the installation is quite easier.

Wet mix concrete plant now becomes a trend among concrete suppliers. With a central mixer equipped, the ingredients can get thoroughly and homogeneously mixed in the mixer. The evenness and quality are greatly improved.

Different Types of RMC mixer
Drum Type
Drum Type RMC mixer has gone through a long history. Once it was widely used for all sorts of concrete manufacturing.
This mixer’s working principle is relatively simple. The inner blades lift the ingredient and then they get fall down. And then a mixing period is accomplished.
After several times up and down, the concrete is well mixed.

Compulsory Type
The compulsory type RMC mixer has sprung up in recent decades.
With stronger electric power, the horizontal inner shaft mixes the ingredients compulsorily.
