What Is A Gravity Concrete Mixer?
The gravity concrete mixer has a simple structure. When it starts to work. the drum rotates, and the inner blade will lift the material to a preset height, then they will fall down under the effect of gravity. Thus this type of mixer is also called self-falling concrete mixer.

What Should Notice When Using A Gravity Concrete Mixer?
1. Check the electric power supply and voltage. The nominal voltage should be at 380V. This is to make sure the gravity concrete mixer can run normally.

The Structure of Gravity Concrete Mixer
The Mixing Structure
The mixing structure is composed of a mixing drum, tugs, and gears. The mixing drum is the central component of the whole mixer. It is equipped with inner blades.
When it starts to rotate, the blades will lift the material, then under the force of gravity, the material will fall down. The recycling up and down is strong and fast. Within 1 minute they will be mixed evenly to the finished concrete.
The Feeding Structure
The feeding structure consists of a feeding hopper, ladders, and tracks. The up and down of the feeding hopper is controlled by the gear. When it reaches the preset height, the material will be automatically discharged into the mixing drum.
The Water Supply System
The water supply system is composed of the dynamo, water pump, control valve, and pipes. After power is charged, the water pump will directly send the water to the mixing drum. The control valve can adjust the water flow. When the water is enough, the water pump will be cut off automatically.
The Chassis
The chassis of the gravity concrete mixer is welded by steel. Equipped with detachable wheels. the gravity mixer is flexible and portable.
