How Does The Continuous Concrete Batching Plant Work?
The continuous concrete batching plant has special working mode compared to the non-continuous concrete plant.
1. Aggregate Feeding
When the continuous concrete plant starts to work, the aggregates batcher will process the materials automatically. After accurately weighed, they will be independently and continuously discharged to the mixing tower for subsequent mixing use.
For the continuous concrete plant, the belt type conveyor is a necessary component. It can constantly convey a large amount of aggregate with high efficiency. Thus it can meet most demand for any concrete producing need.
2. Cement Feeding
The silos store the cement, powder, and adhesives independently. These materials are essential that will influence the density and durability of produced concrete. They will be continuously conveyed from silos to the mixing tower with screw conveyors.
3. Water Feeding
Water is the necessary ingredient of concrete. Using a water pump, the water can be rapidly discharged to the mixing tower. The water pump has a valve to control the flow and speed of the water.
4. Concrete Mixing
The central mixer will mix the ingredients constantly. For this high requirement of mixing capacity, the JS series twin-shaft mixer is the irreplaceable solution since the strong power can be used for constantly producing.
