How Does Our Concrete Mixing Station Work?
The concrete mixing station of LUTON Group has a complete and mature working flow for higher output and stable product quality. Belows are the necessary step for each model to work normally.
1. Aggregate Feeding
The aggregate is the main components as the structure of the finished concrete. It provides strength and resistance to the concrete to makes it more durable and reliable.
LUTON Group adopt PLD series aggregate batcher to process the aggregate. All the procedure is accomplished automatically under the computer control. This ensures the high speed and accurate calculating.
The precisely proportioned aggregate will be discharged into the mixing tower, for the further mixing into concrete. If for a dry batch type station, these aggregates will be directly conveyed to the mixing truck.
2. Cement Feeding
The cement, powder and adhesives are all stored in the silos. Once the mixing process starts, the silos will independently discharged these materials through the screw conveyor, these materials will also weighed accurately, and then discharged into the mixing tower.
3. Water Feeding
In general, the water is conveyed directly by a water pump. The water pump is equipped with valve and compressor to control the water flow. Once water reach the preset volume, the electricity of water pump will be cut off automatically.
4. Concrete Mixing
The whole mixing process will be finished in the concrete mixer for most concrete mixing station except for the dry batch type station. Thus the concrete mixer will directly influence your concrete quality.
LUTON Group mainly adopts JS series twin-shaft concrete mixer. The compulsory horizontal shaft technology design can fully and evenly mix the materials at a high efficiency. Within 1 minute the concrete can be discharged for use.
