Systems of Concrete Mixer
1. Mixing System
It is the core system of a concrete mixer, and also the critical system of the whole concrete batching plant. It consists of the main shaft, mixing arm, blade, scraper, and mixing drum.
The number of mixing arms depends on the capacity of this mixer. For example, the JS1500 has 7 mixing arms on each shaft to get the concrete mixed thoroughly.
2. Feeding System
The feeding system is composed of a hoisting mechanism, feeding hopper, feeding frame, and inlet. The ingredients are lifted through the feeding frame. Once reach the preset height, the inlet will open automatically and the hopper starts to discharge.
3. Output System
The output system consists of discharging gate, air pump, air cylinder, and valve. It is located at the bottom of the whole mixer. Once the mixing process is accomplished, the air cylinder will control the discharging gate for outputting.
