1. JS1000 Twin-shaft Mixer
This HZS50 concrete plant was equipped with a JS1000 twin-shaft mixer as the core machine to stir the concrete materials. This mixer has double horizontal shafts. The ingredients can be evenly and thoroughly mixed in this machine.
The largest capacity can reach 1000L per batch. The whole plant can produce 50m³ of concrete theoretically. This productivity can meet the demand of most concrete projects.
2. PLD1600 Aggregate Batcher
The aggregate bins of this HZS50 concrete plant were PLD1600. It adopted 4 bins design, can simultaneously process at most 4 sorts of aggregates such as sand or gravels.
Independent weighing system applied for this machine, each material can be separately weighted and discharged. The computer control system owns overwhelming computing power. It can accurately supervise the proportion of each material.
3. 3 100 Ton Independent Silos
This HZS50 batching plant was fitted with 3 100-ton independent silos. Each of them stored the cement and powders separately. The silos had all passed sorts of tests and could withstand high temperatures and severe weather conditions.
These silos were installed with automatic dust collectors. They can effectively reduce the pollution produced during work, and avoid congestion led by ash accumulation.
