Main Components Of Self-loading Mobile Concrete Mixer
1. Mixing Drum
The mixing drum is the critical part of the whole mixer. The mixing process will be entirely accomplished in this drum. The drum is driven by a powerful engine to ensure the strength of mixing. It has 270° rotate range to easily discharge the concrete to place needed. Q345 manganese steel ensures the durability of the whole drum.
2. Chassis
The chassis is the support structure for whole body of self-loading concrete mixer. The engine installed is to supply the strong power to get the concrete fully mixed.
3. Feeding Hopper
The feeding hopper is used to fill in the raw materials. Some hopper are designed with a blade in the middle for easier cutting the cement bags. The weight sensor can visualize accurate weight on a digital screen in the control room, thus the operator can better control the proportion of each material.
4. Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system is the power supply for material discharging. This new technology can realize discharging at the faster speed than a traditional type. It is increasingly adopted for many mixing truck suppliers.
