1. Check the aggregate batcher and concrete silos to makes sure they‘re fully padded.
2. Adjust the switch of the control panel.

How does the mini mobile concrete batching plant work？
1. Aggregate Feeding
According to your preset proportion, filling the aggregate bins with enough aggregates of different sorts.
Then the aggregate bins begin to weigh and batch those aggregates. After the accurate calculation of the build-in sensor, the aggregates will be discharged onto the conveyor belt or skip hopper and transported to the mixing tower.
2. Powder Feeding
Switch on the screw conveyer between silos and mixing tower, then the silos will discharge the cement, powders and adhesive to the weighing hopper. After weighing, they’ll be transported by the screw conveyor and send to the mixing tower.
3. Water Supply
Turn on the water pump, filling with enough water at the preset amount. Prepare to join in the mixing process.
4. Concrete Mixing
The air compressor will open the feeding inlet of the concrete mixer. All the materials will be discharged into the mixer to get fully mixed. The whole mixing process will last about 60 seconds with our efficient twin-shaft mixer. Then the freshly finished concrete will be transported by the concrete mixer truck.
