Wet Mix Concrete Batching Plant

How to Start Your Concrete Batching Plant?
1. Confirm Your Configuration
The first thing to start your concrete batching plant is to calculate your accurate demand for concrete, then choose the proper size of the plant according to your computation result.
If your project needs an amount of concrete about 50m3 per hour, then you will need an HZS60 to coordinate with your need.
Because the real productivity is about 80% of the theoretical statistic. For example, the HZS60’s actual productivity is 50m3 per hour, (60m3 per hour theoretically).
2. Select a Proper Site
The concrete does not support long journey transportation, so mostly the concrete batching plants will be set to a place where traffic is convenient.
Besides, you should take the exit and entrance of your plant into consideration, ensuring easy access for the mixer truck.
The mobile plants are mostly free-foundation designed, thus you don’t need to lay underground structures for them. While as for the stationary one, you need to pay more attention for choosing the foundation.
3. Prepare Water and Electric Supply
Before installation of your concrete batching plant, you need to make sure the water and electricity can be normally supplied for your plant. Check whether they’re adequate at first.
