How Does The On-site Concrete Batching Plant Work?
We’ll introduce the working process of our on-site plant to help you better know our products.
1. Aggregate Feeding
The aggregates are processed on-site by aggregate batcher. LUTON Group adopt PLD series aggregate batcher to save your money. This type of batcher can automatically feed, weigh and discharge the aggregate with high precision. The well-proportioned concrete can further stablize the quality of produced concrete.
2. Cement Feeding
The on-site concrete batching plant is equipped with several independent silos to store the powder, cement and adhesives separately. When the plant starts to work, the silos will automatically discharge the material. The materials will be conveyed by a screw conveyor to the mixing tower.

3. Water Feeding
Water is the necessary ingredient of concrete. Using a water pump, the water can be rapidly discharged to the mixing tower. The water pump has valve to control the flow and speed of water.
4. Concrete Mixing
When all the materials is well prepared and discharged, the concrete mixer can start to work. With the twin-shaft concrete mixer, all the ingredients will get revolved and mixed thoroughly into homogeneous concrete. The whole process will last only 1 minute
